📦 Shipping Policy
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days across the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Business days do not include Fridays.
The delivery representative will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the address and delivery time.
If there is no response or the order cannot be received, the shipment may be returned, and shipping fees will apply.
Refund Policy
At Crave, we always strive to provide the best quality and service to our customers.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for opened or used products.
Refund requests are reviewed only in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged

The delivered product does not match the order
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos showing the issue.
After reviewing and approving the request, the appropriate action will be taken depending on the case (product replacement or refund).
If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the same payment method, within a timeframe that may vary depending on the payment provider.
If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, the customer is not eligible for a refund, and the shipping cost will be charged.
